Our extensions are designed and packaged to fit most houses and scenarios. Around 80% of homes fit into our carefully selected designs, but as one size doesn't always fit all, we need to do a site survey. This is to ensure our design is going to suit your requirements, we can discuss any bespoke changes you would like to add or remove from the project and that we can deliver your project successfully.
Our team will conduct a comprehensive site survey and feasibility analysis. This involves visiting the property to assess the site's conditions, taking measurements, understanding any potential challenges (e.g., site access, utilities, restrictions), and identifying your requirements and preferences. To allow us to deliver your project on time and be accurate and efficient with our pricing, we have some set parameters that we work to which are explained in the "Your Extension" section.
Specification
BUILD | MANAGE
With our base design chosen we can create a detailed specification for our installation team to work from to ensure everyone knows what is being delivered.
We will consult with the local planning office to see if permission is deemed necessary, though our plans and designs are made to come under permitted development rules in the majority of cases, which means in most every instance we can get started immediately.
We'll send you over a closing proposal which will factor in everything assessed on the site survey and the specification. Project Management
DESIGN | PROJECT PLAN
The Project Management from start to finish and beyond is key to what we do. Our Project Managers arrange and organise all the relevant trades and services required to run a successful project. We procure and assign all materials to your project as soon as we agree a start date to ensure everything is ready when we need it.
Building control will be appointed in line with building regulations. This ensures that both the plans and the entire project comply with existing regulations and are approved upon successful completion.
We take care of all certification and project documents including health, safety and construction design management regulations. From site survey through to handover our in-house Eight Week Extensions Team will have everything covered.
All trades, deliveries and teams are scheduled in with military precision and every member of the team knows their role in executing a seamless build.

Off Site Manufacture
WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE?
The off-site manufacturing of the home extension components takes place in a controlled environment. This approach helps save time and minimises on-site disruptions. The Project Management Team will closely monitor the manufacturing process to ensure that the components meet quality standards and are ready for on-time delivery just before the build starts. Our windows and doors are made to measure before construction starts so we can be watertight within a few days.

We will begin to ensure a smooth installation process. Once the off-site manufacturing is completed, the home extension components will be delivered to the site. The Project Management Team will oversee the installation process, co-ordinating with our skilled construction teams, and managing any unexpected issues that may arise during installation. Efficient co-ordination and communication are essential to complete the construction within the eight week timeframe.
