A time served joiner with over 20 years’ experience creating dream homes. I have a passion for building, sustainability, and lifestyle design. I believe how we live affects our happiness and well-being, which is why we put so much into every project. Ultimately, our aim is to make lives better through building.

With a successful portfolio in construction of over 15 years, I am an ambitious professional who is a firm believer that doing the right thing has power. I feel it’s my job every day to make each aspect of the customer experience better and it’s my aspiration to play a big role in creating dream homes for our clients. I believe employee engagement is essential for creating a dynamic, resilient workplace and one of the reasons my focus surrounds setting clear goals, encouraging positive teamwork, development, recognition and feedback. As an integrator, I thrive at putting systems and processes in place, effectively executing plans, and turning ideas into reality.

I have been in the Building Industry for 15 years. I am very passionate about all of the projects I am involved in, and the aspect of improving the lives of our clients. A big part of my job at Milestone is interacting with our clients, which I really enjoy. The best part of my role at Milestone is having the freedom to make choices that benefit our clients and ourselves.
Olivia Brooks
PROJECT COORDINATOR APPRENTICE
My passion for project planning began when I started working for my family run decorating business managing personal diaries, issuing quotes and invoices to customers, and helping to build the brand through digital and printed marketing. I have over three years of Customer Service experience in the Hospitality Sector, and recently completed a Business Course. I’m looking forward to studying with Milestone Builders and expanding my knowledge in trade partnerships and luxury project management.
